Tax Analyst - Operations Analyst Program: August 2027 Start

Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia area; onsite role

What you will do

• Rotate through the operations team during the first six months, gaining experience across trading desks and key business areas.
• Handle daily responsibilities and project work related to information flow and tax processes.
• Join the tax team after the rotational program and support projects that optimize after-tax profits from trading activities.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams.
• Use internal and third-party systems to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Assess current tax regulations and their impact on the business.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with plans to start full-time employment after graduation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team while working independently.
• Flexibility, an entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to innovation.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, HTML, VBA, or SQL.
• Previous co-op, internship, or work experience in a tax paraprofessional or related role.
