Senior Product Manager for Capacity & Conversion

What you will do

• Lead product strategy for matching users with suitable delivery destinations and improving the delivery journey.
• Optimize parcel-locker capacity while maintaining strong conversion rates and a fast, uncomplicated experience.
• Identify high-impact challenges and break company and business-area goals into actionable work.
• Prioritize opportunities based on their potential to move the North Star metric, validating promising ideas and supporting cross-team initiatives.
• Build the product roadmap, secure stakeholder buy-in, and guide initiatives toward successful outcomes.
• Lead a product team of software engineers, machine learning experts, and data scientists alongside an Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to align senior executives and technical specialists around a vision.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and a balance of data-driven thinking and business intuition.
• Leadership skills focused on motivation, clear expectations, trust, and measurable impact.
• Ability to simplify complexity, prioritize decisively, and operate effectively amid uncertainty.
