Junior Speaker Producer

What you will do

• Research potential speakers, including their work, networks, announcements, and impact.
• Identify influential speakers in a chosen technology field and develop targeted acquisition strategies.
• Write persuasive outreach and demonstrate the value of speaking at hirify.global to speakers and their representatives.
• Manage speaker data and acquisition workflows to maintain visibility on progress.
• Prepare detailed speaker dossiers and support meetings with VIP speakers.
• Meet and exceed targets for speaker acquisition and related preparation activities.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and concise style.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify influential people and relevant contacts.
• Interest in technology and willingness to become an expert in a chosen field.
• Ability to use AI, LLMs, and social tools to improve research and identify potential speakers.
• Strong networking skills, social awareness, initiative, adaptability, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, public relations, or a similar field.
