Lead Technology and Cyber Risk Management

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $78,945–$134,235 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain technology and cybersecurity risk metrics, assessments, and reporting on the firm’s risk posture.
• Prepare materials for regulatory interactions, audit examinations, and senior management meetings.
• Assess risks and controls across internal technologies, externally hosted systems, information security, system development, change management, operations, and data protection.
• Define and execute information security and technology risk management programs aligned with regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Track risk findings, remediation plans, and risk reduction activities while collaborating with Information Security, Privacy, Enterprise Risk, and third-party providers.
• Advise on strategic business and technology initiatives, participate in cybersecurity incident response, and assess emerging threats and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Risk Management, Technology Risk, or IT Audit.
• Experience creating risk metrics and executive-level reporting with tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Required certification: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements, including FFIEC handbooks and country-specific regulatory bodies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in an IT-related field.
• Hands-on experience with COBIT 5, ISO 27001/27002, and NIST 800-53.
• Exposure to forensics, secure development, threat intelligence, or penetration testing.
