Product Manager (Monetization)

Product Manager (Monetization): Building and owning the strategic roadmap for payment offers, from ideation and validation through launch, measurement, and iteration with an accent on monetization performance, purchase-flow optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on unit economics, multi-currency workflows, and rapid experimentation across customer cohorts to improve revenue while aligning stakeholders on product strategy and trade-offs.

Salary: 4 500 — 5 500 EUR/month (net)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for payment offers, taking concepts from ideation and validation to launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Define and track monetization success metrics using data and analytics to set priorities and evaluate impact.
• Improve financial data management, analytics, and user experience for payment offers.
• Continuously analyze and optimize purchase flows for different customer segments using personalization and localization.
• Run Agile, iterative cycles with rapid experimentation to prototype, test, and optimize effectiveness across cohorts.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment.

Requirements

• 3 years of product management experience with a track record of deliverables, ideally in Finance or Monetization for consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of unit economy, pricing models, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and multi-currency workflows.
• Mandatory data-driven approach to prioritize and evaluate initiatives (both “what” and “why”).
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams; strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with Payment Operations and Fraud teams to deliver secure and compliant business opportunities.
• Work in Cyprus (Limassol) with relocation and visa support provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML/AI-enabled products.
