Growth Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center, USA; in-office role

Base salary: USD 160,000–210,000 per year plus equity of USD 50,000–75,000

What you will do

• Build growth marketing from zero to one across the website, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop influencer marketing, SEO, and outbound marketing channels.
• Own the highest-priority growth initiatives end to end.
• Work directly with the co-founders on growth strategy and execution.
• Identify and scale the channels that generate the strongest business impact.

• Builder mindset with a track record of accomplishing difficult things.
• AI-native approach and strong interest in AI-enabled marketing.
• High agency and ability to take end-to-end ownership.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating channels and growth initiatives.
• Ability to work in person at the New York City headquarters.
