KOL Growth Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote from the Netherlands or Germany

hirify.global is a global crypto platform offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services to individual and institutional clients.

What you will do

• Build and scale a KOL and creator network for hirify.global Pro in the Netherlands, Germany, and other markets.
• Drive trading-user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships.
• Manage local KOL relationships end to end, from sourcing through activation.
• Represent perpetual futures, prop trading, and margin products to regional creators.
• Set regional acquisition targets, monitor CAC efficiency, and resolve execution issues.
• Work with growth, marketing, and compliance teams to adapt the KOL playbook.

Requirements

• Experience building an influencer, KOL, or creator network from scratch in the Netherlands and/or Germany.
• Native or fluent Dutch and/or German, with deep knowledge of the local crypto and trading creator ecosystem.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale and managing CAC performance.
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators and KOLs.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment.

Nice to have

• Existing personal network of crypto KOLs and creators in the Netherlands, Germany, and other countries.
• Previous KOL, growth, or influencer marketing experience at a crypto exchange.
