Location: Global remote with a work-from-anywhere policy; Europe and APAC preferred

Salary: $72,000–$125,000 USD annually

hirify.global is recruiting for a fast-growing client operating a social, community-driven prediction markets and onchain sportsbetting platform.

What you will do

  • Lead growth for the Europe-focused sportsbetting function.
  • Design and scale affiliate, influencer, and social-first activation campaigns.
  • Focus campaigns on football while expanding into golf, cricket, F1, and other European sports.
  • Work cross-functionally across brand, growth, and marketing in a startup-style team.

Requirements

  • Sportsbetting, gambling, or sportsbook marketing background.
  • Experience scaling and owning affiliate programs in a high-growth consumer ecosystem.
  • Strong interest in or understanding of cryptocurrency.
