Growth Manager - Influencer Program (Crypto)

Location: Remote in France, Germany, or the Netherlands

What you will do

• Build and manage a ranked roster of Tier 1–2 crypto, fintech, finance, payments, and sports influencers across European markets.
• Map competitor amplifiers, podcast charts, and high-impact voices across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and Telegram.
• Run direct outreach, manage inbound opportunities, and negotiate non-affiliate partnerships with key opinion leaders.
• Create campaign brief templates and localized asset kits covering launches, promotional pushes, education, approved claims, risk warnings, and disclosures.
• Distribute recurring narrative updates and activate the influencer roster during sentiment events.
• Track impressions, reach, engagement, sentiment, positive share of voice, acquisition, trading volume, and ROI.

Requirements

• Experience running influencer or creator programs, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Experience building ranked outreach lists from scratch, verifying follower counts, and mapping competitor amplifiers.
• Ability to negotiate and retain creators through sentiment, access, merchandise, or community partnerships rather than conversion-based affiliate deals.
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking performance metrics and evaluating share of voice, sentiment, and response speed.
• Native or fluent proficiency in at least one EEA market language plus English is required.
• Understanding of EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements, with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Existing relationships with crypto or finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in a key European market.
• Experience collaborating with Affiliate BD teams to develop long-term affiliate partnerships.
