Data Scientist – Content (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions using NLP and text generation to optimize hotel content.
• Build and apply large language and foundation models for text understanding, automated summaries, and content optimization.
• Analyze user behavior and text performance to generate actionable business insights.
• Apply predictive modeling, statistical modeling, and deep learning to complex content challenges.
• Design A/B tests, monitor model performance, and connect offline quality with online business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams on scalable production solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of practical experience deploying machine learning algorithms in production.
• Strong Python, SQL, and cloud computing skills.
• Expertise in NLP/NLG, large language models, and foundation models for text processing.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, statistical methods, bias awareness, and guardrail metrics.
• Professional English communication skills required.
