Operations Coordinator, Global FOC

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and end-to-end completion of Global FOC orders.
• Process internal free-of-charge orders for Marketing, Education, PR, and related teams, including data entry, order acknowledgements, communication, and tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, the Distribution Center, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to provide consistent service.
• Manage on-time delivery dates and global order-efficiency metrics.
• Follow up on order status, stock availability, project status, shipping discrepancies, and customer-specific requests according to service-level timelines.
• Support order calendars and process improvements while overseeing average volumes of 3,000 orders per month.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain clean and organized databases.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Distribution Center, Marketing, Education, PR, and other functional teams.
• Ability to accept and provide constructive coaching and feedback.
• Ability to work onsite in Pico Rivera, California.
