Reconciliation Associate (Investment Analytics)

What you will do

• Reconcile investment portfolio transactions and holdings using data from external portfolio providers.
• Review and update reporting data to meet daily deadlines and deliver accurate portfolio status updates to clients.
• Investigate reconciliation issues, resolve complex problems, and communicate timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with data providers, clients, service delivery managers, leadership, and other departments.
• Collaborate with product teams on improvement projects and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support and mentor analysts, create training materials, manage client calls, and monitor success metrics.

Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts.
• Finance and/or accounting experience is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and at least one non-GAAP accounting framework.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, market expertise, and technical knowledge.
