Lien Resolution Specialist (Personal Injury)

Location: Onsite at the Miami Lakes, Florida office five days a week, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST. Employment requires authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation: USD 21–24 per hour.

What you will do

• Negotiate hospital liens, medical provider balances, and healthcare-related claims under attorney supervision.
• Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances and insurance payments, and collect supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up with providers and lienholders, and secure written agreements.
• Manage a high-volume reductions caseload, prioritize aging files, and resolve items delaying case closing.
• Maintain negotiation notes, balances, agreements, and case updates in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff on closing statements, settlement disbursements, and client updates.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.
• Experience negotiating hospital and medical provider balances and achieving measurable reduction results.
• Experience managing reductions from balance verification through written agreements and closing coordination.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Knowledge of PIP, health insurance liens, Letters of Protection, and medical provider billing practices.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work onsite five days per week.
