AI Engineer

What you will do

• Lead software engineering efforts within the AI and Data Science team.
• Design and maintain production-quality AI infrastructure, libraries, services, and data pipelines.
• Convert AI research prototypes into scalable, maintainable, and reusable software.
• Establish engineering practices for architecture, code reviews, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and coding standards.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with researchers, software, infrastructure, and product teams while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant AI or machine learning systems development.
• Strong skills in system architecture, object-oriented design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Expert-level Python skills and experience with PyTorch and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, plus CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with AI researchers and cross-functional engineering teams.
