Research Engineer (AI/ML) (Agent-Powered Research Systems): Building agent-powered frameworks, tooling, datasets, and workflows that automate AI/ML research across training, evaluation, and deployment with an accent on research velocity, experimentation, and model iteration. Focus on designing researcher-facing abstractions, automating complex research loops, and enabling agents to evaluate results and propose next steps.

What you will do

Develop and optimize an agent-powered auto-research framework.
Improve model training velocity and accelerate inference and iteration cycles.
Build tooling, datasets, and workflows for running experiments and evaluating results.
Enable agents and researchers to propose next steps with minimal manual overhead.
Automate research workflows across model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements

4+ years of industry experience working closely with or within AI/ML research teams.
Proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with PyTorch or JAX.
Strong software system design skills for building tools and abstractions used by researchers and agents.
Experience building agent-powered software systems.
