Product Marketing Manager, Platform (Web3)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Launch targeted campaigns for product releases and new vertical or segment initiatives, owning strategy, execution, project management, measurement, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain platform positioning across company narratives, product launches, and customer stories.
• Own always-on mid- and bottom-funnel content that supports activation, cross-sell, newsletters, social content, and product launch beats.
• Research product areas, audiences, competitors, and market opportunities to identify new campaign ideas and verticals.
• Partner with Developer Relations on technical explainers, videos, tutorials, and documentation-adjacent content.
• Coordinate designers, agencies, and specialists while remaining accountable for campaign outcomes, timelines, and performance.

Requirements

• Experience marketing to developers for a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end campaigns, including stakeholder alignment, launch execution, measurement, and reporting.
• Experience leading a large, high-visibility project such as a website overhaul, rebrand, or sales enablement overhaul.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations.
• Creative, pragmatic, and able to move technical launches from concept to delivery quickly.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its impact on marketing and developer tools.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
• Experience marketing to developers across crypto and Web3 verticals.
• Prior software engineering experience.
• Leadership or management experience, or interest in growing into a leadership role.
