US Partnerships Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the acquisition, management, and growth of strategic partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and prospective partners at different levels.
• Prepare materials and reports for internal meetings and partner reviews.
• Track the partner pipeline and maintain a consistent follow-up cadence.
• Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across the US and UK.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with institutional clients and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort using AI tools, G Suite, Notion, Slack, and CRM software.
• Basic financial services literacy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
