TL;DR
Electrical Integration & Test III (Aerospace): Planning, documenting, and executing spacecraft-level electrical integration and test activities for lunar systems with an accent on electronics troubleshooting, test automation, and verification of guidance, communications, power, thermal, and propulsion-control subsystems. Focus on designing test fixtures and ground support equipment, leading test readiness and anomaly reviews, and certifying spacecraft systems for flight.
Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Applicants must be eligible to work as a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR export regulations.
Base salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, excluding benefits and bonuses.

What you will do
- Plan, document, and execute spacecraft-level electrical integration and test activities for lunar systems.
- Conduct board- and box-level electronics testing, troubleshoot hardware anomalies, and document findings.
- Write test plans and procedures for guidance, navigation and control, RF communications, power distribution, thermal, and propulsion-control subsystems.
- Automate test execution and data collection using Python, LabVIEW, and related tools.
- Lead test readiness reviews, anomaly response teams, and post-test reviews.
- Design electrical test fixtures and ground support equipment while coordinating with systems, design, and program-management teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant integration and test experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting complex electrical systems and producing test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Experience writing, debugging, and executing Python or similar programming-language scripts.
- Operational knowledge of bench power supplies, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition systems.
- Must meet U.S. Person eligibility requirements under ITAR/EAR regulations and be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh; availability for alternate shifts, weekends, and additional hours may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing or modifying technical drawings with Altium or similar electronic design software.
- Experience with aerospace communication protocols including RS-422, SpaceWire, Ethernet, and UART.
- IPC-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or IPC-J-STD-001 certifications.
