GTM Engineer (AI)

Salary: $190,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global develops an AI-powered platform that analyzes in-person sales conversations, automates sales administration, and provides visibility and insights for sales organizations.

What you will do

• Build and automate end-to-end GTM data flows that source, enrich, and synchronize data across sales and operational tools.
• Own the GTM data layer across CRM and data warehouse systems, including field definitions, integrations, deduplication, and sync logic.
• Document, monitor, and maintain systems so they remain reliable and understandable as the organization grows.
• Work with GTM leaders to scope initiatives, identify edge cases, estimate effort, and simplify technical approaches.
• Develop queries and models for pipeline, funnel, and account-level reporting.
• Analyze system performance and evaluate new platforms or datasets for the sales organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, and/or GTM engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, API integrations, and/or ETL workflows.
• Experience working with CRM data, including HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Freckle.io, and/or Deepline.
• Ability to reliably implement specifications, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and account for edge cases.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Technical degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with outbound platforms such as Nooks, Outreach, and/or Trellus.
• Experience using LLMs or AI agents inside workflows.
