Performance Media Buyer (Digital Advertising)

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annual base pay, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social, native, programmatic, email, newsletter, sponsored content, and influencer channels.
• Develop creative and content ideas and optimize campaigns against client-specific KPIs.
• Coordinate with specialty teams to support cohesive campaign launches.
• Perform pre-campaign measurement checks and analyze ongoing campaign performance data.
• Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new ad networks for testing and analyze competitive media activity to inform campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital media planning and/or buying experience.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok.
• Ability to identify underperforming campaigns and assets across different funnels and execute optimizations to meet client KPIs.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, accurate, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Experience leading and collaborating with others.
