Growth Intelligence Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Excel models forecasting revenue, growth rates, customer acquisition costs, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, planning, latest estimate cycles, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop growth hypotheses and manage an experimentation backlog based on impact, confidence, and effort.
• Track balances, inflows and outflows, retention, CAC/LTV, and other portfolio performance metrics.
• Evaluate the financial impact of growth initiatives and support profit and loss management.
• Translate customer and financial analysis into recommendations for product, marketing, lifecycle, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth analytics, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
• Experience building analytical models, running experiments, and generating strategic insights in cross-functional environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building models from scratch and creating dynamic reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
