Quality Improvement Advisor II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; requires travel 15%–60% of the time

Target compensation: $70,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide client services to assigned healthcare groups and organizations.
• Act as the primary contact for communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with healthcare providers and partners to improve care delivery, quality data reporting, health information technology adoption, and performance under quality payment programs.
• Manage project plans, competing priorities, and internal and external contract metrics.
• Use healthcare data to support performance improvement and represent hirify.global regionally.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in healthcare, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policy, quality reporting, performance improvement, and provider support.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Quality Improvement team.
• Ability to travel 15%–60% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Specialty certification.
