Registered Nurse-Inpatient Rehab Full Time Days

Location: 3701 Doty Rd, Woodstock, Illinois, United States. Onsite inpatient role with day-shift hours.

Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient progress.
• Direct and appropriately delegate care provided by nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary healthcare staff.
• Document care plans, patient responses, communications, and outcomes in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; an ADN is acceptable with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clinically competent professional nursing care and follow applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
