What you will do

• Analyze land, court, proprietary, and cooperative-property records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and transaction insurability.
• Evaluate the effects of the Uniform Commercial Code, probate, foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings on cooperative interests.
• Review collateral documents, UCC filings, operating agreements, trusts, wills, affidavits, corporate resolutions, partnership agreements, and state-filed organizational documents.
• Identify and resolve title issues by obtaining missing or correcting incomplete, inaccurate, or contradictory information.
• Consult with attorneys, clients, lenders, and other parties regarding search packages, escalations, and insurability.
• Support business development, pricing, endorsements, policies, and underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of title or related real estate experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of title records, cooperative properties, legal restrictions, and related real estate documentation.
