What you will do

• Examine real estate titles and support title and escrow activities.
• Apply knowledge of real estate financing, conveyance terminology, title insurance requirements, regulations, and underwriting procedures.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal interactions.
• Use MS Office, email, and title-related software in daily work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of escrow or title agency experience.
• Working knowledge of real estate financing, escrow, title, conveyance, title insurance, regulations, and underwriting procedures.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience with TitleData or DataTrace software.
