Senior Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Strategy leadership and business stakeholders to structure ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches.
• Analyze data from unified and multi-source data platforms to answer strategic questions for leadership.
• Build and own predictive models, quantify business impact, and investigate customer churn, risk, growth, and expansion opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets from multiple internal sources.
• Build AI-first dashboards and self-service tools, then communicate findings through visualizations and reports to technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with predictive modeling experience.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, multi-source data platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with large datasets, visualization tools, and MLOps practices.
• Ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in a related field.
• Experience with SparkSQL, Fabric, or Spark data frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure for model development and deployment.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
