Maintenance Manager (Data Center)

Location: Conesville, Ohio, United States; onsite role

What you will do

• Manage preventive, predictive, contracted, and general maintenance for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and critical facilities equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, projects, vendors, Facility Managers, Site Directors, customers, and internal departments.
• Oversee building management systems, fire and life safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and supporting equipment.
• Review and approve change requests, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs, ensuring effective change control and operational compliance.
• Evaluate maintenance performance, inspect vendor reports, support audits, and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist with OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, electrical and mechanical capacity forecasting, capital projects, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing maintenance and operations in a critical facilities or data center environment.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, building management, fire/life safety, and other facility systems.
• Ability to coordinate in-house personnel, contractors, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong change management, planning, project management, problem-solving, leadership, and technical skills.
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, at heights, around fumes or chemicals, and in varying weather conditions.
