IT Software & Services Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for software, SaaS solutions, and IT services.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, commercial terms, and pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with strategic technology partners to improve innovation, supplier performance, and risk management.
• Develop category strategies aligned with technology roadmaps, organizational priorities, and future technology needs.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry benchmarks to identify efficiency and innovation opportunities.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on procurement governance, compliance, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and IT services contracting.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements and balancing commercial outcomes with long-term business needs.
• Ability to use data and financial insights to support strategic recommendations and manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English required, with the ability to communicate with global technical and non-technical stakeholders.
