ETL Analyst (SQL Server)

Location: Fayetteville, AR, United States; hybrid

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Profile and normalize raw data from CSV, flat files, Excel, and database sources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production ETL processes, investigate failures, and implement fixes.
• Build and modify recurring ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services.
• Make routine database schema changes and participate in design reviews for larger changes.
• Onboard clients and data sources, verify warehouse compatibility, and run data quality checks.
• Document ETL processes, data sources, load schedules, and data issue resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational databases.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot T-SQL and create ad hoc reporting queries.
• Experience designing stored procedures, tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
• Familiarity with C#, Python, or PowerShell for automating data tasks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSIS, SQL Server Agent, and SQL Server Data Tools.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure cloud hosting environments.
• Server administration experience in a multi-server database environment.
• Knowledge of indexes, index management, and database configuration.
