Mid/Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production ML and LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuned models, and embedding systems.
• Own technical delivery from architecture and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Translate client business needs into scoped, shippable technical solutions with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Mentor junior ML engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Shape internal tooling, best practices, and technical standards.
• Represent hirify.global in client conversations, workshops, and optional industry conferences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience for the mid-level track or 5+ years for the senior track in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related role.
• Strong Python skills and experience writing clean, efficient, documented, production-quality code.
• Experience designing, training, optimizing, and independently deploying ML models with tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience building GenAI and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, chatbot architectures, and LangChain applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Experience deploying and scaling ML systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
