Analytics Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK, with 2 core office days per week at London Bridge

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 annual base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own the analytics function, strategy, data stack, quality standards, and ways of working.
• Maintain and improve Dataform, BigQuery, Fivetran, Hex, and Metabase.
• Partner with commercial, product, and finance stakeholders to set data priorities and support growth decisions.
• Build analytical models for marketplace supply and demand, matching, pricing, provider acquisition, and successful care placements.
• Analyse product usage, run experiments, and improve understanding of how care providers and families use the platform.
• Champion AI-powered analytical workflows and enable faster self-service data analysis across the business.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of analytics experience, including experience in a fast-moving startup or data-rich business.
• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor and setting the direction for an analytics function.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for executives, boards, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to define work from first principles, prioritise effectively, and challenge or reject low-impact requests.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants or equivalent AI tooling in analytical work.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace analytics, product analytics, commercial decision-making, or care-sector data.
