2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer (Microsoft 365/Intune): Diagnosing and resolving desktop, hardware, software, mobility, and end-user computing issues in an onsite IT service desk environment with an accent on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID. Focus on deploying devices and applications, supporting office moves and infrastructure hardware, administering user and device access, and maintaining accurate service and asset records.
Location: Doncaster, onsite five days per week, with occasional travel between sites
Salary: Up to £32,000 per year plus package

is recruiting for a market-leading organisation seeking technical support expertise within its IT Service Desk function.
What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, hardware, software, mobility, and end-user computing issues.
- Build, maintain, and deploy desktop applications, cloud services, devices, and peripherals.
- Fulfil hardware and software service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Plan and deliver desktop moves, office relocations, refresh programmes, decommissioning, and AV support.
- Provide onsite support for network and server hardware under senior guidance.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, mailbox provisioning, Intune, Entra ID, ticketing, CMDB, asset records, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a 2nd line desktop support role.
- Experience supporting users in a Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365.
- Experience building, upgrading, and repairing desktop hardware and software.
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, mobile device management, ticketing, CMDB, and knowledge management tools.
- Working knowledge of basic networking, troubleshooting methods, and security best practices.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to travel between sites.
