Client Service Representative (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently.
• Build long-term client relationships and support satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, training sessions, and reports demonstrating service value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–7 years of experience in client services or a related client-facing role.
• Russian and English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, business intelligence tools, and issue-tracking systems.
• Experience with Power Query, DAX, and Python.
• Kazakh language skills.
