Group Copy Supervisor (Pharma-Oncology Experience)

Salary: USD 122,570–176,000 per year

What you will do

• Own concept and copy development across pharmaceutical marketing projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Generate ideas while multitasking, delegating, and managing multiple projects.
• Partner with senior account team members to ensure work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations.
• Present creative work and sell ideas to external clients.
• Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team.
• Model inclusive behaviors and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience.
• Experience creating branded or unbranded HCP collateral that communicates marketing messages and scientific content through storytelling.
• Ability to extract relevant information from clinical sources and write medically accurate copy.
• Experience managing complex projects with internal and external account and creative teams, plus confidence in client-facing communication.
