Senior Copywriter

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days per week

What you will do

• Develop concepts grounded in human insight, cultural relevance and platform behavior.
• Write captions, on-screen text, content series, campaigns, creator briefs and other social-first formats.
• Adapt brand voices and tones across platforms while maintaining clarity, personality and consistency.
• Partner with art directors, creative leads, strategists, producers, social managers and creators to deliver fast-moving work.
• Present creative work internally and externally with clarity, confidence and a strong creative point of view.
• Track trends, memes, platform language, internet aesthetics and emerging social formats.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual instincts and a portfolio demonstrating social work, campaign thinking and tonal range.
• Experience creating conceptual campaigns and social-first activations for brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and other social platforms.
• Experience shaping brand voice and tone across formats and content types.
• Ability to turn insights into stories, scripts and resonant formats, and to collaborate with influencers and content creators.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Comfort with lo-fi content creation and editing apps.
• A social presence with regularly published original content.
• Experience shooting, editing and creating content independently.
