Pay rate: $38.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate patient placement with hirify.global medication-assisted treatment and substance use disorder services.
• Gather preadmission information and communicate patient information to relevant disciplines.
• Oversee patient transitions into hirify.global services.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff about hirify.global programs and services.

Requirements

• Required clinical licensure includes LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• LADC and LMSW credentials are included in the role title.
• Experience coordinating patient placement and transitions in behavioral health services.
• Ability to communicate clinical information across disciplines and educate patients, families, and facility staff.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.
