Technical Specialist (Electrophysiology)

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom; supporting the London North territory with on-site clinical case support and extensive travel across local accounts.

What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Support physicians with CARTO mapping, navigation, and ablation workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time while maintaining patient safety and product performance.
• Deliver training for consultants, cardiac physiologists, nurses, and cath lab staff.
• Partner with sales and clinical teams to drive technology adoption, account development, and procedural efficiency.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise across the EP portfolio and support product investigations, documentation, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Physiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Ability to understand complex technical and clinical concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Technical problem-solving, customer focus, clinical credibility, influencing, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, medical devices, or clinical support.
