Event Associate (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, with office attendance 3 days per week; frequent travel of up to 30% and weekend work may be required.

What you will do

• Assist the automotive team with planning and executing consumer experiences across multiple programs.
• Build productive relationships with clients, agency partners, and third-party resources.
• Develop creative approaches to engage consumers and create compelling presentations.
• Track client budgets, scope, schedules, project status, and action items.
• Negotiate with partners and resources to support client value and successful event delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners during event planning and onsite execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in experiential marketing or events, including planning and onsite execution.
• Confidence working with clients, presenting ideas, negotiating, and managing multiple assignments.
• Ability to work hybrid in the Alpharetta office 3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work weekends when necessary.
