Financial Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
• Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements, Reimbursable Agreements, obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
• Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work before submission.
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a T2 Public Trust background investigation.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, VA.
