What you will do

• Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies.
• Deploy and operate strategies on electronic trading venues worldwide.
• Complete intensive mentorship and training in trade floor operations and trade flow processes.
• Work with software engineers to enhance and further develop trading strategies.
• Analyze trading technology, market interaction, market microstructure, and liquidity drivers.

Requirements

• PhD in science, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Programming experience is required.
• Ability to communicate information precisely and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Initiative, motivation, tenacity, and the ability to identify issues and create solutions without rigid direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, Java, or C++.
• Prior experience with trading, strategy games, or poker.
• Finance background is not required.
