AI Deployment PM

Location: New York City; onsite, with in-office work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own customer deployments from initial discovery through successful product launch.
• Work with operations leaders, accounting controllers, property managers, Product, and Engineering to understand requirements and resolve blockers.
• Analyze customer data, identify discrepancies, and determine how information should flow into hirify.global products.
• Investigate deployment issues, prioritize resolutions, and convert customer insights into product improvements.
• Create practical processes and documentation to make future deployments faster and more reliable.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience involving analytical problem-solving and ownership of complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and imperfect data.
• Ability to identify patterns, determine root causes, and make progress in ambiguous situations.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to perform hands-on deployment work.
• A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field is a plus.
