What you will do

• Own complex maintenance, defect resolution, customer-driven enhancements, and technical delivery from investigation through production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance, observability, reliability, and supportability.
• Build automated unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and apply secure and privacy-aware development practices.
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and mentor developers through pairing and design guidance.
• Use approved generative AI tools for analysis, coding, testing, documentation, review, and troubleshooting while validating output for quality and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including ownership and support of complex production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with automated testing, code review, version control, build and deployment workflows, performance improvement, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, production support workflows, automated code-quality or security scanning, modern observability platforms, and approved generative AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration with Product, Support, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, and distributed engineering teams.
