2027 Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. No relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Contribute to finance projects and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines.
• Support the shared services site team and coordinate communication with internal and external business professionals.
• Perform period-end financial close activities and prepare financial information through accounting research and analysis.
• Support compliance controls, Corporate Audit reviews, and the collection of required information.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and market approvers to manage exceptions and approvals.
• Review healthcare contract standards and support the delivery of standardized financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with any level of experience, or an associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare contracts experience.
• SAP or other system application and product experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and improving processes.
