Technical Advisor (Identity Security)

Location: United States

Base salary for US-based employees: $147,600–$248,862 annually. Additional bonus, commission, and potential equity may apply.

What you will do

• Own multi-year platform adoption roadmaps for strategic enterprise accounts across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Harbor Pilot.
• Architect unified identity governance covering human, machine, and AI agent identities, including lifecycle management, policies, and access controls.
• Advise C-suite and VP-level engineering leaders on identity security strategy, regulatory architecture, and technology investments.
• Quantify breach-risk reduction, compliance gains, and operational cost avoidance for executive reviews.
• Guide AI agent governance through agent discovery, risk-tier classification, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Synthesize recurring customer governance challenges into frameworks for Product Management and Engineering, while partnering with Customer Success Managers on renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• US location; US citizenship is required for FedRAMP initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with identity and access management, identity governance and administration, and enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to advise CISOs, CIOs, and VP-level engineering leaders and translate technical risks into business outcomes.
• Ability to translate DORA, NIS2, SEC cyber disclosure, SOX, and HIPAA requirements into identity governance architectures.
