Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee the health, security, operability, and continuous improvement of global operations camera systems and ICS infrastructure.
• Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for camera systems across ICS and corporate networks.
• Coordinate IT, OT, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Operations, vendors, and centralized corporate teams on system integration and operational technology initiatives.
• Develop camera-system procedures, governance processes, documentation, maintenance schedules, incident records, and high-availability practices.
• Support video-based AI initiatives and plant automation objectives by bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, budgets, project delivery, team training, and technical consultation for camera and physical security systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in information technology, security systems, or camera systems; an associate degree with 5+ years or a bachelor's degree with 3+ years is preferred.
• LAN networking experience and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are required.
• Experience managing security and operations camera systems in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, project lifecycles, ERP systems, and IT and security policies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, mentoring, and public-speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Nice to have

• Network or ICS security certification.
• Knowledge of current camera-system technologies and trends.
