Business Systems Analyst (Business Central)

Location: Waterlooville, United Kingdom; hybrid with 23 days onsite and travel to other UK sites when required

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum, plus company bonus

Established UK distributor undergoing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade from BC 22 on-premise to BC 28 in the cloud.

What you will do

• Support business users with ERP queries and process issues.
• Gather requirements and map business processes.
• Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation.
• Improve workflows, data quality, and system adoption with stakeholders.
• Support business change throughout the Business Central cloud upgrade.

Requirements

• Commercial experience supporting an ERP system.
• Experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV is particularly valuable.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with users at different levels.
• Willingness to travel to other UK sites when required.
