What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural expertise across multiple customer projects.
• Design, develop, integrate, and deliver secure, scalable, high-performing enterprise applications.
• Define technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices across projects.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical planning, and project estimation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve technical capabilities across teams.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-platform and cross-technology challenges while partnering with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Expert-level Java/JEE development and strong coding skills.
• Experience designing end-to-end architectures for large-scale applications.
• Deep expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing architecture decisions.
• Knowledge of Agile development, test-driven development, code quality, performance optimization, communication, and stakeholder management.
