Production Assistant

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $48,000–$52,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare, organize, review, and deliver valuation reports in line with departmental standards.
• Enter, validate, and maintain valuation data from specialists, clients, and internal systems.
• Support valuation systems, databases, templates, digital workflows, software upgrades, and system testing.
• Provide technical guidance on production workflows, reporting tools, document standards, and best practices.
• Research and resolve data, formatting, reporting, and documentation discrepancies.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and production metrics while identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong typing skills and preferred 1–2 years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including text functions and VLOOKUP, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, maintain concentration, and perform detailed repetitive activities accurately.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, discreet, dependable, resourceful, and committed to high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI and AI-enabled products.
• Interest in and understanding of fine art, furniture, and decorative arts.
