Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; regular office Fridays and travel to client sites may be required.

What you will do
- Lead complex digital and AI transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
- Define project approaches, workstreams, resource plans, delivery standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on technology and AI strategies, operating models, investment priorities, and business cases.
- Shape AI and GenAI portfolios, including data and technology foundations, platforms, architectures, governance, and responsible AI.
- Coordinate business, technology, data, and AI teams while managing dependencies, risks, escalations, and critical decisions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, coach consultants and specialists, build client relationships, win new projects, and contribute to recruiting and practice development.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including end-to-end leadership of complex strategy and implementation projects.
- Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, technology-focused business, or equivalent industry experience.
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple workstreams, and owning delivery quality and client outcomes.
- Experience advising senior executives, presenting recommendations, resolving escalations, and managing complex risks.
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI transformations, including use-case prioritization, scalable foundations, agentic AI, and responsible AI.
- Excellent communication of complex topics in English and willingness to travel.
