Senior AI Tech Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Structure and lead substantial project modules within digital and AI transformations.
• Develop AI strategies, technology roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and generative AI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and support scalable adoption.
• Assess technology capabilities, platforms, architectures, and solution options; translate findings into recommendations and business cases.
• Steer implementation across business, technology, data, and AI teams using agile ways of working.
• Build trusted client relationships, facilitate senior stakeholder discussions, and guide junior project members.

Requirements

• Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including leadership of project modules.
• Degree in computer science, informatics, technology-focused business, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience structuring complex client problems, developing fact-based recommendations and business cases, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience delivering AI or generative AI initiatives, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and responsible AI.
• Understanding of AI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms, with the ability to connect business priorities to technology decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills, willingness to travel, and availability for on-site client work are required.
